Małe Ozorzyce housing estate

We propose to you a family house for the price of a bigger flat in Wrocław, where you will be enjoying the garden and having fun in the open air in the summer, and in the winter evenings you will get the meaning of words "hearth and home” as you will be sitting together by the fireplace.

“Małe Ozorzyce” is an intimate housing estate comprising of eight single family houses in semi-detached housing. The investment is located in Ozorzyce, in Siechnice municipality (14 km from Wrocław Market, 3.5 km from the drive to A4 motorway) –peaceful and quiet neighbourhood to the south-west of Wrocław. Siechnice municipality is located in Odra Valley and in Wrocław, which guarantees fresh air and friendly microclimate. Almost 40% of the municipal area is taken by the Landscape Park in Odra and Oława Valleys which is under design. In addition, this area’s residents can benefit from crystal clear water extracted from deep water well of 150 m depth.



Furthermore, the unquestionable asset of the localisation is the communication with Wrocław – three access roads, including the motorway that allows reaching Bielany Shopping Centre in 10 minutes. In future, the access shall be improved with a planned Eastern Wrocław bypass.

In order to get to Ozorzyce, while heading Strzelin, one must turn left in Turów, in the direction of Sulimów. While driving along A4 motorway in the direction of Katowice, one must drive to Eastern Wrocław and head Turów, Sulimów.

The municipality is at the disposal of three sports and leisure complexes equipped with, among others: courts, tartan fields, fields made of artificial grass and equipped with illumination, sports hall. The nearest municipal office, post office, primary school, church and health centre are located in Święta Katarzyna 4 km away from Ozorzyce or in Żórawina, 3.5 km away. While building your houses we made an effort to provide for ideal buildings’ arrangement regarding the quarters of the globe, thus, for the best natural illumination and heating of daily rooms.
